It’s never the only one. 20 years ago we were seeing these in Pennsylvania and the DEP out there was denying it. It’s a “damned” miracle it took that long for them to make it our here.
Although the state continues to deny the possibility mountain lions are in ct.there has been sightings of the big cat for over 20yrs and always the same response (no scat no prints no pics and no road kill)well now you have it all and you still want to deny it . the same thing was said about deer, bears, moose, coyote, fisher cats, wolfs ,and now the habitat has recovered so has the wildlife. it is o.k to be proud after all we are people of pride .keep people safe and informed of the changes in the wildlife in our back yards !
There here for the deer. At least someone is doing something about the deer population explosion.
